Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology provides a solid foundation for museum resources to empower the healthy growth of township youth. Based on “breaking boundaries” and “integration,” it deeply analyzes the internal logic and practical challenges of empowering township youth in the digital era, building a practical path of “resource digitization, technology localization, normalized collaboration, and precise demand,” promoting the high integration of museum resources with the growth needs of township youth, and fully leveraging the museum’s cultural functions.
