2023年贵州省盘州市不同年龄儿童肺炎支原体肺炎临床特征分析
Clinical Characteristics Analysis of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children of Different Ages in Panzhou City, Guizhou Province in 2023
摘要: 目的:分析不同年龄段儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析2023年1月至11月间盘州市第二人民医院儿科收治的86例MPP患儿的临床资料。根据年龄将患儿分为三组:<3岁,3~6岁,6岁以上,并收集其临床资料和辅助检查和治疗情况。结果:研究共纳入86名患儿,其中3岁以下20名(23.26%),3至6岁42名(48.84%),6岁以上24名(27.91%)。临床表现中,3岁以下儿童出现喘息和肺部啰音的频率最高,且肺实变在胸部影像学中的比例显著高于其他年龄组。治疗方面,3岁以下儿童组需要氧气支持的比例显著高于其他年龄组,且平均住院时间更长。结论:3岁以下儿童中肺炎支原体肺炎的临床表现更为严重,突显对3岁以下儿童进行更密切的监测和更积极的治疗策略的重要性。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children of different age groups. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 86 MPP patients admitted to the Pediatrics Department of Dianzhou Second People’s Hospital from January to November 2023. The children were divided into three age groups (<3 years, 3~6 years, and ≥6 years), and their clinical data, auxiliary examinations, and treatment details were collected. Results: A total of 86 children were enrolled, including 20 (<3 years, 23.26%), 42 (3~6 years, 48.84%), and 24 (≥6 years, 27.91%). Clinically, children under 3 years exhibited the highest frequency of wheezing and pulmonary rales, with a significantly higher proportion of pulmonary consolidation on chest imaging compared to other age groups. In terms of treatment, the proportion requiring oxygen support was significantly higher in the <3-year-old group, and their average hospital stay was longer. Conclusion: MPP in children under 3 years presents more severe clinical manifestations, underscoring the importance of closer monitoring and more aggressive treatment strategies for this age group.
