摘要: 经食道超声心动图(Transesophageal Echocardiography, TEE)由于具有良好的成像效果,在心房颤动(Atrial Fibrillation, AF)合并心力衰竭(Heart Failure, HF)患者治疗过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文就目前关于TEE在AF合并HF的应用进行综述,主要针对TEE在检测AF合并HF患者左心房血栓形成、评价心功能、监测血流动力学以及射频消融术前评估等方面的研究进行阐述,以期为广大临床工作者提供参考,为临床诊治提供科学依据。
Abstract: Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) has excellent imaging performance and plays a crucial role in the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) combined with heart failure (HF). This article reviews the current application of TEE in patients with AF combined with HF, mainly focusing on the research on TEE in detecting left atrial thrombus formation in patients with AF combined with HF, evaluating cardiac function, monitoring hemodynamics, and preoperative assessment for radiofrequency ablation, with the aim of providing reference for clinical practitioners and offering scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
