邓虹教授运用“川芎–佛手”药对治疗胃食管反流病的经验撷萃

Professor Deng Hong’s Summarized Clinical Experience in Using the “Chuanxiong-Foshou” Herbal Combination for the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

摘要: 总结邓虹教授运用“川芎–佛手”药对治疗胃食管反流病的临床经验。笔者通过跟师学习，收集整理邓虹教授门诊治疗胃食管反流病的典型医案，结合中医理论分析，总结该药对的配伍特点、临床应用规律及加减心法。邓虹教授认为胃食管反流病的核心病机为脾胃虚弱、肝气郁结、气血不畅、胃失和降。“川芎–佛手”药对气血同调、肝胃同治，适用于肝胃郁热证、气郁痰阻证及中虚气逆证兼肝郁者，临床随证加减，疗效显著。“川芎–佛手”药对配伍精当，体现了邓虹教授“气血同调、肝胃同治”的学术思想，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: This article summarizes Professor Deng Hong’s clinical experience in utilizing the herbal combination of Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong) and Foshou (Citrus aurantium) for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease. Through learning under his mentorship, the author collected and organized typical clinical cases of Professor Deng Hong’s outpatient treatment of this condition, combined with analyses based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, to delineate the compatibility characteristics, clinical application principles, and modification techniques of this formula. Professor Deng Hong posits that the core pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease involves spleen-stomach deficiency, liver qi stagnation, impaired qi and blood circulation, and impaired stomach descent function. The “Chuanxiong-Foshou” combination regulates both qi and blood while simultaneously addressing liver and stomach disorders, making it particularly suitable for conditions such as liver-stomach heat stagnation syndrome, qi stagnation with phlegm obstruction syndrome, and middle-jiao deficiency with qi rebellion accompanied by liver stagnation. Clinical adjustments tailored to specific patterns yield significant therapeutic efficacy. The precise compatibility of this formula embodies Professor Deng Hong’s therapeutic philosophy of “simultaneous regulation of qi and blood and integrated treatment of liver and stomach”, making it worthy of widespread clinical application.
