基于心主神明理论探析十三鬼穴治疗焦虑障碍的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders with Thirteen Ghost Points Based on the Theory That the Heart Governs the Spirit

摘要: 随着社会工作生活学习压力增大，焦虑症的发生的人群范围逐渐增大，发生率也逐渐增高。利用传统针刺治疗焦虑症，可以避免西药带来的头晕嗜睡、胃肠道不适、口干乏力、肝肾功能轻微损伤等躯体不良反应副作用。神明藏于心，人体情志安宁与否由心主导，因此焦虑发病多责之于心。中医学将焦虑归入郁证一类，十三鬼穴作为古时治疗情志失常的专用穴方，其相关记载最早见于《备急千金要方》。经现代医家的研究，鬼穴在治疗焦虑症方面具有显著的效果。本文在心主神志的基础上分脏腑论述十三鬼穴对焦虑症的治疗。

Abstract: With the increasing pressure from work, daily life and academic study, the population suffering from anxiety disorders is expanding continuously, and its incidence rises year by year. Traditional acupuncture for anxiety disorders can avoid physical adverse reactions induced by western medicines, such as dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal discomfort, dry mouth, fatigue and mild damage to liver and kidney functions. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the heart stores the spirit and dominates emotional stability, so the pathogenesis of anxiety is mostly attributed to the heart. Anxiety disorders are categorized as depressive syndromes in TCM. As a classic acupoint prescription for emotional disorders in ancient times, the Thirteen Ghost Points were first recorded in Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces. Modern medical studies have verified that the Thirteen Ghost Points exert remarkable curative effects on anxiety disorders. Based on the TCM theory that the heart governs the spirit, this paper elaborates the therapeutic mechanism of the Thirteen Ghost Points for anxiety disorders from the perspective of zang-fu organs.
