输卵管系膜区中肾管肿瘤1例

A Case of Mesonephric Tumor in the Mesosalpinx Area

摘要: 在胚胎发育性腺分化以前，均有位于尿生殖嵴的两侧的2对原始管道，即中肾管(Mesonephric Duct)或称午菲管(Wloffina Duct)与副中肾管(Paramesonephric Ducts)或称米勒管(Müllerian duct)，在女性胚胎分化过程中，中肾管逐渐退化，极少部分在其走行部位成为残迹而遗留下来扩张成为中肾管囊肿。本文报道1例经术后病理证实为输卵管系膜中肾管肿瘤病例。本文结合文献对该病的胚胎起源、临床特征及诊疗特点进行讨论。

Abstract: Before gonadal differentiation during embryonic development, there are two pairs of primitive ducts located on both sides of the urogenital ridge, namely the mesonephric duct (Wloffina Duct) and the paramesonephric ducts (Müllerian duct). During the differentiation process of female embryos, the mesonephric duct gradually degenerates, and only a very small part of it remains as a remnant at its running site and expands to form a mesonephric duct cyst. This paper reports a case of mesonephric duct tumor in the mesosalpinx confirmed by postoperative pathology. This paper discusses the embryonic origin, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment characteristics of this disease in combination with the literature.
