知识翻译学视域下地方外宣视频字幕翻译研究——以《开放的中国：多彩贵州 风行天下》为例

Study on Subtitle Translation in Local Foreign Publicity Video from the Perspective of Transknowletology—A Case Study of An Open China: Colorful Guizhou Global Vision

摘要: 本研究以知识翻译学理论为框架，采用案例分析法，对地方外宣视频《开放的中国：多彩贵州 风行天下》的英文字幕翻译进行评析。文章围绕知识翻译学提出的“以真求知、以善立义、以美行文”三大标准，选取视频中的12个字幕翻译实例，指出了其在事实准确性、文化负载词处理、语言流畅性等方面存在的问题。研究旨在通过分析，为知识翻译学理论的应用提供新案例，并为地方外宣视频字幕翻译提供可借鉴的经验与路径，以期助力中国的国际传播能力建设。

Abstract: This study adopts a case-study approach and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of subtitle translation in the local foreign publicity video An Open China: Colorful Guizhou Global Vision from the perspective of the Transknowletology theory. Based on the three principles as Transknowletology proposes, “seeking knowledge through truth, establishing righteousness through goodness, and crafting texts with beauty”, this study examines 12 selected cases from the video, identifying areas for improvement in factual accuracy, translation of the Chinese culture-loaded words, and language fluency. This study aims to provide a new case for applying the Transknowletology theory and offer transferable advices and approaches to subtitle translation in the local foreign publicity video, and thereby contribute to strengthening China’s international communication capacity.
