网络热梗“爱你老己”的构词创新与语用功能探析

摘要: “爱你老己”是2025年底在社交平台上突然爆火的热梗。它的流行既得益于词语本身的创新用法，也顺应了网友们在交流中的实际需要。本文从语义演变、构式语法与社会语言学等视角，考察“老己”的语义演变与重构及其在“爱你X”构式中的创新融合。研究发现，“爱你老己”承载了情感调节、自我关怀、社群共鸣与表达创新四大语用功能，这些功能也反映出，现在的年轻人在压力比较大的社会环境下，既想跟自己和解放下负担，又想找到有共同语言的群体。本文旨在通过分析“爱你老己”网络热词，揭示语言创新与社会心理的互动关系，为网络语言研究提供新视角。

Abstract: “Ai ni lao ji” (“Love yourself”) suddenly went viral on social media platforms by the end of 2025. Its popularity stems not only from the innovative usage of the phrase itself but also from its alignment with users’ practical communication needs. This paper examines the semantic evolution and reconstruction of “lao ji”, as well as its creative integration within the “love you X” construction, from perspectives including semantic change, construction grammar, and sociolinguistics. The study finds that “ai ni lao ji” serves four pragmatic functions: emotional regulation, self-care, community resonance, and expressive innovation. These functions reflect how today’s youth, under high-pressure social conditions, seek both personal release and a sense of belonging within like-minded communities. By analyzing this internet buzzword, this paper aims to reveal the interactive relationship between linguistic innovation and social psychology, offering new insights for research on online language.
