浅谈国际中文教学中有效课堂管理的构建

A Brief Discussion on Building Effective Classroom Management in International Chinese Language Instruction

摘要: 本文围绕国际中文教学中的课堂管理问题，归纳了课堂秩序混乱与课堂沉寂两类典型无效管理模式，并分析其成因及对教学效果的影响。在此基础上，从物理环境、师生关系与制度保障三个方面探讨影响课堂管理有效性的关键因素，进而提出改进课堂环境、优化师生联系与制定良好制度的改进路径。研究旨在构建有效的课堂管理模式，以提升教学质量并促进师生共同发展。

Abstract: This paper focuses on classroom management issues in international Chinese language instruction. It identifies two typical patterns of ineffective management—chaotic classroom environments and silent classrooms—and analyzes their causes and impact on teaching effectiveness. Building on this, the paper explores key factors influencing the effectiveness of classroom management from three perspectives: the physical environment, teacher-student relationships, and institutional safeguards. It then proposes pathways for improvement, including enhancing the classroom environment, optimizing teacher-student interactions, and establishing sound institutional frameworks. The study aims to develop an effective classroom management model to improve teaching quality and promote the mutual development of teachers and students.
