民办高校辅导员学风建设工作的困境审视与能力提升策略——以南宁学院信息工程学院为例

Dilemma Examination and Competency Enhancement Strategies for Counselors’ Work in the Construction of Academic Atmosphere in Private Universities—Taking the College of Information Engineering, Nanning University as an Example

摘要: 辅导员是民办高校学风建设一线核心力量。本文以南宁学院信息工程学院人均240人带班样本为基础，依托角色冲突、组织支持理论搭建分析框架，结合问卷访谈剖析辅导员职责模糊、方法单一、协同薄弱、专业欠缺等现实困境。立足工科专业与超高师生比现状，提出明晰职责、专项培训、数字化协同、完善保障等对策，创新分层管理、朋辈帮扶等减负路径，为民办工科院校辅导员专业化与学风建设提供借鉴。

Abstract: Counselors are core frontline workers in academic atmosphere construction of private universities. Taking counselors with an average of 240 students at the College of Information Engineering, Nanning University as samples, this paper builds an analytical framework based on role conflict theory and organizational support theory. With questionnaires and interviews, it analyzes four dilemmas including vague job boundaries, simplistic working methods, poor coordination and insufficient professional capacity. Targeted at engineering majors and the ultra-high student-counselor ratio, this study proposes countermeasures of duty clarification, special training, digital collaboration and improved guarantees, and innovates hierarchical management and peer tutoring to reduce workload. It offers references for counselor professional development and academic atmosphere improvement in similar private engineering universities.
