数智化转型背景下高校教务管理信息化的痛点与破局路径

Challenges and Solutions for the Digitalization of Academic Administration Management in Universities Amidst the Process of Digital Transformation

摘要: 随着人工智能技术在教育领域的深度应用，以及师生对信息化服务需求的不断提高，高校教务管理信息化在实际运行中逐渐显现出一些问题。本文立足于岗位工作实践，以上海视觉艺术学院为例，系统梳理艺术类高校教务管理数智化转型过程中的痛点问题，深入剖析成因，从自身出发进行反思，结合学校实际情况，为尽快实现教务管理信息化从“功能覆盖”向“效能优化”转型提出兼具针对性与可行性的破局路径。

Abstract: With the extensive application of artificial intelligence technology in education and the growing demand for digital services among both faculty and students, challenges have gradually emerged in the practical implementation of digitalization in academic administration at higher education institutions. Drawing on field experience and using Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts as a case study, this paper systematically identifies key pain points in the digital and intelligent transformation of academic management at art universities, analyzes their root causes, conducts self-reflection based on institutional realities, and proposes targeted, actionable pathways to accelerate the shift from functional coverage to efficiency optimization in academic administration digitalization.
