火龙罐疗法在妇科疾病治疗中的研究进展

摘要: 火龙罐疗法是融合艾灸、刮痧、推拿、熨烫、点穴等于一体的新型中医外治疗法，兼具温阳散寒、通经活络、调和气血、扶正祛邪之效，近年来在妇科疾病的临床干预中应用广泛。本文系统梳理火龙罐疗法的器具特点、操作规范与中医理论基础，综述其在原发性痛经、盆腔炎性疾病后遗症、月经不调、不孕症、围绝经期综合征及产后病等妇科常见疾病中的临床应用现状，并分析当前研究在方法学质量、操作标准化、机制研究深度等方面存在的局限，展望未来研究方向，旨在为火龙罐疗法在妇科领域的临床实践与深入研究提供参考依据。
Abstract: Fire Dragon Cupping therapy is a novel external treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine that integrates moxibustion, gua sha, tuina, ironing, and acupoint stimulation. It warms yang and dispels cold, promotes meridian circulation and relieves stagnation, regulates qi and blood, and strengthens the body while eliminating pathogenic factors. In recent years, it has been widely applied in the clinical management of gynecological diseases. This paper systematically reviews the characteristics of the Fire Dragon Cupping apparatus, procedural standards, and its theoretical foundation in traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes its current clinical applications in common gynecological conditions, including primary dysmenorrhea, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, menstrual disorders, infertility, perimenopausal syndrome, and postpartum disorders. In addition, the paper analyzes current limitations of research regarding methodological quality, standardization of procedures, and depth of mechanistic studies, and discusses future research directions, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical practice and in-depth study of Fire Dragon Cupping therapy in the field of gynecology.
