高原手足骨科护理新进展

New Advances in Nursing of Hand and Orthopedic Surgery at Plateau Area

摘要: 高原地区低氧、低压、低温、强辐射的特殊环境，使手足骨科患者呈现创面愈合慢、感染风险高、术后肿胀严重、功能恢复周期长等特点，对护理工作提出特殊挑战。本文围绕高原环境对手足骨科患者的生理影响、围手术期护理优化、并发症防控、康复护理创新及人文护理实践五大核心维度，系统梳理近年高原手足骨科护理的新理论、新技术与新策略，分析当前护理工作的难点与不足，展望未来发展方向，旨在为提升高原地区手足骨科护理质量、改善患者预后提供理论参考与实践依据。

Abstract: The unique plateau environment featuring hypoxia, low atmospheric pressure, low temperature and intense radiation causes slow wound healing, high infection risk, severe postoperative swelling and prolonged functional rehabilitation cycle in patients with hand and orthopedic disorders, posing special challenges to nursing care. Centered on five core dimensions: physiological effects of plateau environment on patients, optimization of perioperative nursing, prevention and management of complications, innovative rehabilitation nursing as well as humanistic nursing practice, this paper systematically summarizes updated theories, novel technologies and strategies for hand and orthopedic nursing on plateau in recent years, analyzes existing difficulties and deficiencies in current nursing work, and prospects the future development trend, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical evidence for improving nursing quality and clinical prognosis of patients in plateau regions.
