The Value and Application of Marxism and Social Science Methodology in Mental Health Education

摘要: 本文基于马克思主义社会科学方法论，探讨社会实践、社会矛盾与社会过程三种方法在该领域的应用价值。研究认为，实践方法主张把心理成长放回真实的行动与反馈闭环中去完成，而不只是课堂讲授；矛盾方法提醒我们不必急于消除冲突，而应在识别主要矛盾的过程中寻找转化的契机；过程方法则要求接纳成长的渐进与反复，以动态追踪取代静态诊断。引入三种方法到教育中，并非以哲学替代技术，而是为心理健康教育注入社会历史视野，推动干预从静态诊断走向动态追踪，实现科学性与人文性的统一。

Abstract: Drawing on Marxist social science methodology, this paper explores the value of applying three methods-social practice, social contradiction, and social process-in the field of mental health education. The study argues that the practice method advocates placing psychological growth back into real loops of action and feedback, rather than treating it merely as classroom instruction; the contradiction method reminds us not to rush to eliminate conflicts, but to seek opportunities for transformation in the process of identifying the principal contradiction; and the process method calls for accepting the gradual and recurrent nature of growth, replacing static diagnosis with dynamic tracking. Introducing these three methods into education is not intended to substitute technology with philosophy, but to infuse mental health education with a social-historical perspective, move intervention from static diagnosis toward dynamic tracking, and realize the unity of scientific rigor and humanistic concern.
