临床常用抗栓药物应用现状及研究进展

Current Application Status and Research Progress of Commonly Used Clinical Antithrombotic Drugs

摘要: 当前我国研究机构在抗栓药物这一领域进展很快，加上心脑血管疾病现在呈现年轻化趋势，促使新药持续开发并进入市场。针对药物作用的靶点不同、作用机制不一样，多种新型药品已经全面上市，新型抗栓药物在副作用和疗效上的长处越来越突出。本论文重点说明药物的作用机制与临床应用效果，整体把握常用抗栓药物的临床应用特点，并对抗栓药物的研究与未来走向给出展望。

Abstract: Currently, research institutions in China have made rapid progress in the field of antithrombotic drugs. Coupled with the trend of younger onset of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, this has prompted the continuous development and entry of new drugs into the market. Due to different targets and mechanisms of action, various new drugs have been fully launched on the market. The advantages of new antithrombotic drugs in terms of side effects and efficacy are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the mechanism of action and clinical application effects of the drugs, comprehensively grasps the clinical application characteristics of commonly used antithrombotic drugs, and provides an outlook on the research and future direction of antithrombotic drugs.
