乡村振兴背景下农村养老供需匹配及优化研究
Research on Supply-Demand Matching and Optimization of Rural Elderly Care Services in the Context of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 在全面推进乡村振兴的战略背景下，农村养老服务供需失衡问题已成为制约乡村高质量发展的难题。本文从农村养老供需匹配的现状出发，分析了当前农村养老服务在供给总量、空间布局、服务质量等方面的不足，以及老年群体多样化的需求特征，探讨了供需失衡的原因。最后，从服务供给体系、服务网络、人才队伍、对接机制等方面提出优化建议。
Abstract: Within the strategic context of advancing comprehensive rural revitalization, the imbalance between supply and demand in rural elderly care services has become a major obstacle to high-quality rural development. This study examines the current status of supply-demand matching in rural elderly care, analyzes deficiencies in service provision regarding total supply volume, spatial distribution, and service quality, while also considering the diverse needs of the elderly population. It explores the root causes of supply-demand disparities and proposes optimization recommendations focusing on service delivery systems, service networks, talent development, and coordination mechanisms.
