摘要: 近年来,重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)技术快速发展成熟,它能够利用磁场无创地在大脑皮层诱发感应电流,从而达到调节中枢神经系统的作用。rTMS技术在焦虑、抑郁等疾病中已广泛应用并具有良好疗效表现,而在儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)中的临床应用还较少。ADHD常起病于学龄期,对他们的学业和社会功能带来重大影响,也有研究表明部分患者症状会持续到成年期带来长期影响。目前国内ADHD药物治疗依从性不高,家长普遍存在药物副作用顾虑,rTMS技术作为一种无创神经调控技术,副作用较小,是一种适合于ADHD儿童的治疗方案。基于此,本研究构想在临床中应用rTMS技术对ADHD患儿进行治疗,检验其疗效,为rTMS治疗ADHD的疗效提供临床证据,也为ADHD儿童精准、安全、有效的非药物治疗提供新的视角。
Abstract: In recent years, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) technology has developed rapidly and matured. It can use the magnetic field to induce induced currents in the cerebral cortex noninvasively, so as to regulate the central nervous system. RTMS technology has been widely used in anxiety, depression and other diseases and has a good curative effect, but its clinical application in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is still limited. ADHD often starts in school age, which has a significant impact on their academic and social functions. Some studies have shown that some patients’ symptoms will last until adulthood and bring long-term effects. At present, domestic ADHD drug treatment compliance is not high, and parents generally have concerns about drug side effects. RTMS technology, as a non-invasive nerve regulation technology, has fewer side effects, which is a treatment scheme suitable for ADHD children. Based on this, this study conceives the clinical application of rTMS technology in the treatment of children with ADHD, and j tests its curative effect, so as to provide clinical evidence for the curative effect of rTMS in the treatment of ADHD, and also provide a new perspective for the accurate, safe and effective non drug treatment of children with ADHD.
