青少年抑郁自杀未遂家庭照顾者心理负担、应对挑战及社会支持的研究进展
Research Progress on the Psychological Burden, Coping Challenges, and Social Support of Family Caregivers for Adolescents with Depression and Suicide Attempts
摘要: 青少年抑郁自杀未遂是当前全球面临的重大公共卫生问题，对个体、家庭及社会均造成深远的负面影响。家庭照顾者在青少年心理健康维护及危机干预中扮演着不可或缺的核心角色，然而，其自身所承受的巨大压力与支持需求却长期面临研究关注不足与系统性支持缺乏的双重困境。本文旨在系统回顾与整合国内外相关研究，聚焦于以下核心议题：(1) 探讨家庭照顾者在青少年抑郁伴自杀未遂情境中所承受的多维度心理负担；(2) 系统分析其在照护过程中面临的主要挑战；(3) 基于生态系统理论框架，提出涵盖微观系统、中观系统及宏观/外层系统的多层级整合干预策略。本研究期望为未来构建兼具文化适配性、科学性与可持续性的家庭照顾者支持体系，进而优化青少年抑郁自杀未遂的防治效果与家庭整体福祉提供关键理论依据与实践参考。
Abstract: Adolescent depression with attempted suicide is a significant public health issue currently faced globally, exerting profound negative impacts on individuals, families, and society. Family caregivers play an indispensable and central role in the mental health maintenance and crisis intervention of adolescents. However, the substantial pressure they endure and their support needs have long been confronted with the dual dilemmas of insufficient research attention and a lack of systematic support. This paper aims to systematically review and integrate relevant domestic and international studies, focusing on the following core topics: (1) Explore the multi-dimensional psychological burdens borne by family caregivers in the context of adolescent depression with attempted suicide; (2) Systematically analyze the main challenges they face during the care-giving process; (3) Based on the ecological systems theory framework, propose multi-level integrated intervention strategies covering the microsystem, mesosystem, and macro/outer system. This study hopes to provide a crucial theoretical basis and practical references for the future construction of a family caregiver support system that is culturally appropriate, scientific, and sustainable, thereby optimizing the prevention and treatment effects of adolescent depression with attempted suicide and the overall well-being of families.
