健康老龄化背景下十堰社区老年人智慧养老服务需求的研究

摘要: 目的:调查十堰市社区老年人智慧养老服务需求的现状并分析其影响因素,为地方智慧养老事业的发展提供参考依据。方法:采取便利抽样法,选取十堰市主城区239名年龄 ≥ 60岁的老年人为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和智慧养老服务需求量表进行调查。结果:老年人对智慧养老服务的需求以紧急医疗救助(65.7%)和日常医疗服务(57.3%)为主,而日常生活照料(34.3%)和社交及情感支持(33.5%)的需求则相对较低。多元线性回归分析结果表明,退休前职业(β = −0.277~−0.161)和子女数(β = −0.277~−0.137)是影响老年人智慧养老服务需求的核心因素(P < 0.05)。结论:十堰市社区老年人对智慧养老服务需求水平较高,尤其以医疗类需求最为突出。退休前职业和子女数是影响其需求的核心因素,子女少、高保障稳定就业群体对智慧养老的需求更高。因此,社区在推进智慧养老服务体系的建设时,需重点关注不同群体的特征及需求,因地制宜,精准推进。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to investigate the current status of community-dwelling older adults’ demand for smart elderly care services in Shiyan City and analyze its influencing factors, thereby providing a reference for the development of local smart elderly care initiatives. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select 239 older adults aged ≥ 60 years from the main urban area of Shiyan City. The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire and a Smart Elderly Care Services Demand Scale. Results: The demand for smart elderly care services was primarily focused on emergency medical assistance (65.7%) and routine medical services (57.3%), while demands for daily living assistance (34.3%) and social and emotional support (33.5%) were relatively lower. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that pre-retirement occupation (β = −0.277 to −0.161) and number of children (β = −0.277 to −0.137) were the core factors influencing older adults’ demand for smart elderly care services (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Community-dwelling older adults in Shiyan City have a relatively high level of demand for smart elderly care services, with medical-related needs being the most prominent. Pre-retirement occupation and number of children are the core influencing factors; older adults with fewer children and those from stable, well-secured employment backgrounds show higher demand for smart elderly care. Therefore, when promoting the construction of smart elderly care service systems, communities should pay attention to the characteristics and needs of different groups and implement targeted strategies based on local conditions.
