重庆市中心城区共享电单车现状出行特征与发展策略研究
Current Travel Characteristics and Development Strategies of Shared Electric Bicycles in Chongqing’s Central Urban Area
摘要: 共享电单车作为绿色出行体系的重要组成部分,在山地城市的适应性及发展策略值得深入研究。本文基于重庆市中心城区的共享电单车出行订单数据等,系统分析了中心城区共享电单车的现状出行特征,研究发现共享电单车主要服务于中短距离出行,工作日通勤出行特征显著,同时识别出轨道接驳与补位片区公共交通两类典型出行场景。在此基础上,结合国内主要城市政策经验,提出了分区适度发展、骑行按需发展、路权优化改造、试点示范先行的发展策略,旨在为山地城市共享电单车的科学规划与有序发展提供参考。
Abstract: As an important component of the green mobility system, shared e‑bikes merit in‑depth investigation regarding their adaptability and development strategies in mountainous cities. Based on trip order data and other relevant information from shared e‑bikes in the central urban area of Chongqing, this study systematically analyses the current travel characteristics of shared e‑bikes. The findings indicate that shared e‑bikes primarily serve short‑ to medium‑distance trips, with pronounced commuting patterns on weekdays. Two typical usage scenarios are identified: rail transit connection and supplementation of public transport services within specific areas. Drawing on policy experiences from major cities across China, this paper proposes development strategies including zone‑based moderate expansion, demand‑oriented deployment, right‑of‑way optimization and retrofitting, and pilot demonstration projects. These strategies aim to provide reference for the scientific planning and orderly development of shared e‑bikes in mountainous cities.
