数字化赋能电气工程“2 + 2”混合教学改革研究
Research on Digitalization-Empowered Blended Teaching Reform for the “2 + 2” Electrical Engineering Program
摘要: 在教育数字化转型与职业教育体系改革的背景下,本科高职“2 + 2”衔接培养模式已成为工科专业应用型技术人才培养的重要形式。针对电气工程专业具有强实践、高风险、重设备等特点,传统教学过程中普遍存在课程内容衔接不畅、实践教学条件受限、教学资源共享不足和评价机制不完善等问题。文章以电气工程专业为例,基于“2 + 2”人才培养教改项目,探索构建纵向贯通的阶梯式课程体系。在教学模式方面,引入国家在线虚拟仿真实验平台,提出“线上导学–虚拟实操–线下剖析–虚实验证”的混合式教学流程。同时,结合《电力系统分析》等核心课程给出具体实施路径,为数字化时代复合型工程人才的培养提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of education digital transformation and the reform of the vocational education system, the “2 + 2” articulated training model linking undergraduate and higher vocational education has become a key approach for cultivating application-oriented technical talents in engineering disciplines. Electrical engineering is characterized by strong practical orientation, high operational risk, and heavy reliance on equipment. In traditional teaching, problems such as poor continuity of course content, limited practical teaching conditions, insufficient sharing of teaching resources, and inadequate evaluation mechanisms are commonly encountered. Taking the electrical engineering major as a case and based on a “2 + 2” talent cultivation teaching reform project, this paper explores the construction of a vertically coherent and progressive curriculum system. In terms of teaching mode, the national online virtual simulation experiment platform is introduced, and a blended teaching process of “online guided learning-virtual hands-on practice-offline in-depth analysis-virtual verification” is proposed. Specific implementation pathways are further illustrated in combination with core courses such as Power System Analysis, providing a theoretical reference and practical route for cultivating compound engineering talents in the digital era.
