摘要: 伴随全球海洋资源开发强度的增大以及近海养殖环境压力的持续攀升，深远海养殖已成为突破传统养殖空间局限、缓解近海生态压力的国际渔业发展新趋向。大连作为我国北方重要的海洋城市，拥有得天独厚的深远海养殖资源和显著的区位优势。近年来，深远海养殖产业规模持续扩大，转型升级进程不断加速，对多元化金融服务的需求更为迫切。研究围绕金融助力大连深远海养殖产业高质量发展展开深入剖析，系统梳理当前金融支持深远海养殖的实践路径，探究创新方向与发展思路，旨在为推动该产业降低成本、提升效益、实现绿色转型、培育深远海产业发展新动能提供参考。

Abstract: With the intensifying development of global marine resources and mounting pressures on offshore aquaculture environments, deep-sea farming has emerged as a new international trend in fisheries development, overcoming traditional spatial constraints and alleviating ecological pressures in coastal waters. As a pivotal maritime city in northern China, Dalian possesses unique deep-sea aquaculture resources and significant geographical advantages. In recent years, the deep-sea aquaculture industry has continuously expanded in scale, accelerated its transformation and upgrading, and created growing demand for diversified financial services. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of how finance can support the high-quality development of Dalian’s deep-sea aquaculture sector, systematically examines existing financial support mechanisms, explores innovative approaches and development strategies, and aims to provide references for reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, achieving green transformation, and fostering new growth drivers for this industry.
