乡村振兴视角下新质生产力赋能农业绿色转型的优化路径及对策建议研究——以郫都区为例

摘要: 推动农业绿色转型是实现乡村全面振兴与农业高质量发展的关键路径,而新质生产力作为以科技创新为核心驱动的先进生产力质态,为农业绿色转型提供了全新动能。文章立足乡村振兴战略背景,以四川省成都市郫都区为典型案例,在系统梳理新质生产力与农业绿色转型理论内涵的基础上,构建了“技术赋能–效率提升–结构优化–制度保障”四维分析框架,并基于农户微观调查数据,运用熵权法与多元回归模型实证检验新质生产力对农业绿色转型的影响效应及作用机制。研究结果表明:新质生产力对农业绿色转型具有显著正向促进作用,技术采纳程度和社会化服务参与在其中发挥部分中介效应;分维度来看,结构优化维度的赋能效应最强,制度保障维度次之;异质性分析显示,规模经营户、受教育程度较低农户及加入合作社的农户受益更为明显。基于研究结论,从强化技术推广、优化供产销一体化链条、完善绿色政策保障、激发农户绿色生产行为等方面提出针对性对策建议。
Abstract: Promoting the green transformation of agriculture is a key pathway to achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and high-quality agricultural development. As an advanced form of productive forces driven primarily by technological innovation, new-quality productive forces provide fresh momentum for this green transformation. Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy, this paper takes Pidu District in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, as a case study. Building upon a systematic review of the theoretical implications of new-quality productive forces and green agricultural transformation, the study constructs a four-dimensional analytical framework comprising “technology empowerment-efficiency enhancement-structural optimization-institutional safeguards”. Drawing on micro-level survey data from farming households, the study employs the entropy weighting method and multiple regression models to empirically examine the impact and mechanisms of new-quality productive forces on green agricultural transformation. The results indicate that new-quality productive forces have a significant positive impact on agricultural green transformation, with the degree of technology adoption and participation in socialized services exerting partial mediating effects. When analyzed by dimension, the empowerment effect is strongest in the structural optimization dimension, followed by the institutional safeguards dimension. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that large-scale farming households, farmers with lower educational attainment, and those who have joined cooperatives benefit more significantly. Based on these findings, this paper proposes targeted policy recommendations in the following areas: strengthening technology extension, optimizing the integrated supply-production-marketing chain, improving green policy safeguards, and stimulating farmers’ green production behaviors.
