量化投资课程思政建设路径与实践探索

Exploration on the Path and Practice of Ideological and Political Construction in Quantitative Investment Course

摘要: 本文立足数字金融发展、资本市场监管趋严及金融教育“重技术轻伦理”的现实，构建“知识传授–能力培养–价值引领”三位一体教学体系。围绕投资伦理合规、量化交易市场定位、ESG可持续投资三大主题，选取金融机构高管内幕交易判例、头部量化私募程序化异常交易监管案例、深高速ESG实践案例，系统设计思政融入路径与课堂实施方案。实践表明，该模式可强化学生法治合规意识与职业操守，培育理性投资观、绿色金融理念及服务实体经济的责任感。最后剖析案例库不完善、校企协同不足等问题并提出改进方向，为金融类课程思政建设提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the development of digital finance, increasingly stringent regulation in capital markets, and the prevailing reality of “valuing technology over ethics” in financial education, this paper constructs a three-in-one teaching system of knowledge imparting, ability training, and value guidance. Centered on three core themes—investment ethics and compliance, the market positioning of quantitative trading, and ESG sustainable investment—it selects three typical cases: the insider trading case of a financial institution executive, the abnormal algorithmic trading regulatory case of a leading quantitative private equity firm, and the ESG practice case of Shenzhen Expressway. It systematically designs the integration paths of ideological and political elements and classroom implementation plans. The practice shows that this model can strengthen students’ awareness of the rule of law, compliance awareness and professional ethics, and cultivate a rational investment concept, a green finance philosophy, and a sense of responsibility for serving the real economy. Finally, it analyzes existing problems such as an imperfect case database and insufficient university-enterprise collaboration, and proposes improvement directions, providing references for the ideological and political construction of financial courses.
