上行社会比较对生活满意度的影响研究
A Study on the Impact of Upward Social Comparison on Life Satisfaction
摘要: 生活满意度作为心理健康的积极指标，愈发受到人们的关注。为系统探讨大学生上行社会比较、生活满意度和自我概念清晰性的现状及三者之间的关系和中间机制。本研究采用问卷法对302名大学生进行施测，剔除无效问卷后，剩余278份问卷并通过SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。研究发现，上行社会比较与大学生生活满意度之间存在显著的负相关关系，与自我概念清晰性存在显著的负相关关系。自我概念清晰性和大学生生活满意度之间存在显著的正相关的关系。上行社会比较通过自我概念清晰性的中介作用对大学生生活满意度产生影响上行社会比较负向影响大学生生活满意度，自我概念清晰性在上行社会比较和大学生生活满意度之间起部分中介的作用。
Abstract: Life satisfaction, as a positive indicator of mental health, has received increasing attention. To systematically explore the current status of upward social comparison, life satisfaction, and self-concept clarity among college students, as well as the relationships and underlying mechanisms among these three variables, this study employed a questionnaire survey of 302 college students. After excluding invalid responses, 278 valid questionnaires were retained and analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that upward social comparison had a significant negative correlation with college students’ life satisfaction and also a significant negative correlation with self-concept clarity. In contrast, self-concept clarity had a significant positive correlation with life satisfaction. Upward social comparison influenced college students’ life satisfaction through the mediating role of self-concept clarity. Specifically, upward social comparison negatively predicted college students’ life satisfaction, and self-concept clarity played a partial mediating role between upward social comparison and life satisfaction.
