地方高校学生教学信息员工作实践与思考——以J大学为例

Practice and Reflections on the Work of Student Teaching Information Officers in Local Universities—A Case Study of University J

摘要: 学生教学信息员是高校教学质量监控体系中不可或缺的组成部分，也是大学生参与教学管理，发挥主体作用的重要途径。本文以J大学学生教学信息员为研究对象，通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法，系统分析学生教学信息员的工作现状与现存问题，并结合同类高校经验与本校实践，从管理机制、选拔培训、考核激励、反馈渠道等维度提出优化策略。实践表明，完善的信息员队伍建设能够有效提升教学质量监控的实效性，促进学生主体作用的发挥。

Abstract: As an indispensable component of the teaching quality monitoring system in institutions of higher education, student teaching information officers serve as a vital channel for undergraduates to participate in teaching administration and exercise their principal role. Taking student teaching information officers from University J as the research subject, this paper systematically analyzes the current operational status and existing problems of such officers via questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. Drawing on the practical experience of peer local universities and the university’s own practices, it puts forward optimization strategies covering management mechanism, recruitment and training, assessment and incentive mechanisms, as well as information feedback channels. Practical results prove that standardized construction of the information officer team can substantially improve the effectiveness of teaching quality monitoring and facilitate students to fulfill their principal role.
