深度学习视域下高中英语单元整体教学的实践与探究——以人教版英语必修一Sports and Fitness单元为例

Practice and Exploration on Integrated Unit Teaching in Senior High School from the Perspective of Deep Learning—A Case Study of the Sports and Fitness Unit in PEP Compulsory English Book 1

摘要: 针对当前高中英语教学中存在的碎片化、表层化与标签化问题，深度学习理念提供创新性解决路径。本文立足深度学习与高中英语单元整体教学的内在契合性，结合教学实践案例，提出“单元目标统整–单元内容整合–单元活动进阶–评价闭环–教学反思优化”五位一体实践框架，探究整合教学资源、培育高阶思维、促进素养迁移的具体策略，旨在为高中英语教学提质增效提供可操作的实践参考，对落实英语学科核心素养具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。

Abstract: Addressing the prevailing challenges of fragmentation, superficiality, and mechanization in senior high school English instruction, the concept of deep learning provides an innovative solution. Based on the intrinsic alignment between deep learning and integrated unit teaching in senior high school, and informed by practical instructional cases, this research constructs a five-in-one integrated pedagogical framework. This framework systematically comprises “the consolidation of unit objectives, the synthesis of teaching content, the progression of learning activities, closed-loop evaluation, and the iterative optimization of teaching practice”. It explores specific strategies for integrating instructional resources, cultivating higher-order thinking, and facilitating the transfer of core competencies. By offering actionable pathways for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of senior high school English teaching, this approach holds substantial theoretical and practical significance for the realization of subject-specific core competencies.
