摘要: 目的:系统梳理近10年(2015~2025年)护士数字能力相关研究,了解其概念框架、测评工具、影响因素及对护理质量的影响。方法:采用JBI范围综述方法论,检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、CNKI及万方数据库,纳入2015年1月至2025年12月发表的关于护士数字能力、护理信息学能力的原始研究、综述及系统评价。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取数据,采用主题综合法进行汇总。结果:共纳入30篇文献。护士数字能力的概念经历了从“计算机素养”到“信息素养”再到“数字能力”的演变过程。目前已形成多个成熟的理论框架,包括TIGER能力框架、ANA护理信息学标准及Staggers护理信息学能力模型。已开发多种评估工具,国际上推荐使用的工具包括DigiHealthCom、DigiComInf、数字能力问卷(DCQ)等。数字能力受年龄、教育程度、计算机自我效能感、组织支持等多因素影响,并对护士工作投入、职业倦怠及患者安全具有显著影响。结论:护士数字能力是当代护理核心能力的重要组成部分,对护理质量和患者安全具有重要影响。未来研究应关注数字能力评估工具的标准化、针对性培训方案的构建及人工智能时代能力框架的完善。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to systematically review the literature on nurses’ digital competence over the past decade (2015~2025), including conceptual frameworks, assessment tools, influencing factors, and their impact on nursing quality. Methods: Following the JBI scoping review methodology, we searched PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, CNKI, and WanFang databases for original research, reviews, and systematic reviews on nurses’ digital competence published between January 2015 and December 2025. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and conducted thematic synthesis. Results: A total of 30 articles were included. The concept of nurses’ digital competence has evolved from “computer literacy” to “information literacy” and then to “digital competence.” Several mature theoretical frameworks have been developed, including the TIGER Competency Framework, ANA Nursing Informatics Standards, and the Staggers Nursing Informatics Competency Model. Various assessment tools have been developed, with internationally recommended tools including DigiHealthCom, DigiComInf, and the Digital Competence Questionnaire (DCQ). Digital competence is influenced by multiple factors such as age, education level, computer self-efficacy, and organizational support, and significantly impacts nurses’ work engagement, burnout, and patient safety. Conclusion: Nurses’ digital competence is a crucial component of contemporary nursing core competencies and has a significant impact on nursing quality and patient safety. Future research should focus on standardizing assessment tools, developing targeted training programs, and refining competency frameworks in the era of artificial intelligence.
