含氮杂环4-羟基哌啶的C-N偶联反应研究
Study on C-N Coupling Reactions of Nitrogen-Containing Heterocyclic 4-Hydroxypiperidine
摘要: 哌啶是一种重要的氮杂环化合物,具有良好的活性,可作为医药中间体、抗氧化剂、表面活性剂和光稳定剂等,应用价值广泛。文章以4-羟基哌啶和芳卤为原料,在溶剂和碱存在的条件下,不添加任何金属催化剂,经C-N偶联反应合成了两种N-芳基-4-羟基哌啶衍生物,并对其结构进行了NMR、MS和IR表征。该方法具有很好的底物兼容性。
Abstract: Piperidine is an important nitrogen heterocyclic compound with favorable biological activities. It possesses extensive application values and can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates, antioxidants, surfactants, light stabilizers, and so on. In this paper, four N-aryl-4-hydroxypiperidine derivatives were synthesized via C-N bond functionalization reactions using 4-hydroxypiperidine and aryl halides as starting materials under solvent and base conditions without any metal catalyst. Their structures were characterized by NMR, MS, and IR spectroscopy. This protocol exhibits excellent substrate compatibility.
