新农科视域下校企地协同基层种业人才培养模式研究
Research on University-Enterprise-Local Collaborative Training Mode for Grassroots Seed Industry Talents from the Perspective of New Agricultural Science
摘要: 种子是农业的“芯片”,种业人才是保障国家粮食安全的基石,新农科建设为种业人才培养指明了改革方向。当前基层种业人才培养面临着培养模式与产业需求脱节、校企地三方融合度不足、师资协同机制不完善、产教研融合程度不深等突出问题。文章以潍坊科技学院种子科学与工程专业为例,提出构建校企地协同、产教研融合的基层种业人才培养模式,从面向基层的专业课程教学体系建设、校企融合的双师教师培训机制打造、覆盖全产业链的创新实践育人平台构建三条路径展开论述,并基于三螺旋理论分析三者协同作用机制。结合专业建设初期数据对培养效果进行初步评估,为新农科背景下服务地方的应用型高校种业人才培养提供参考。
Abstract: Seeds are the “chips” of agriculture, and seed industry talents are the cornerstone of safeguarding national food security, and the development of New Agricultural Sciences has pointed out the direction for the reformation of seed industry talent cultivation. Currently, the cultivation of grassroots seed industry talents is facing several problems such as the disconnection between training modes and industrial demands, insufficient fusion among university, enterprise and local government, imperfect collaborative mechanisms for teaching staff, and inadequate integration of industry, education and research. In this paper, we use the major of Seed Science and Engineering from Weifang University of Science and Technology as an example, proposing a grassroots seed industry talent cultivation model with university-enterprise-local collaboration and industry-education-research integration, focusing on three pathways including professional curriculum teaching system construction toward grassroots needs, dual-qualified teacher training mechanism development through university-enterprise integration, and innovative practical education platform establishment covering the entire industry chain. Based on the Triple Helix theory, we analyze the synergistic mechanism among the three pathways. Combined with preliminary data from the early stage of program construction, the training effect is preliminarily evaluated. The results provide references for seed industry talents cultivation in application-oriented universities serving local areas under the background of New Agricultural Sciences.
