本科生学术素养构成的质性研究
A Qualitative Study on the Composition of Undergraduate Students’ Academic Literacy
摘要: 本研究采用质性研究中的常规内容分析法,通过对20名具有科研经历的本科生进行半结构化深度访谈,构建了本科生学术素养的四维构成框架。结果显示:学术素养包括学术操守、学术基础能力、学术核心能力以及学术协作能力。研究结论表明,本科生学术素养具有鲜明的阶段性与时代性特征,基础能力与核心能力的分层反映了本科生学术发展的递进规律。在学术协作层面,本研究引入人机协作,回应了数字时代学术实践的新要求。基于此,高校应从价值涵育、基础训练与跨学科协同等方面系统培育本科生学术素养。
Abstract: This study adopts a grounded theory-oriented content analysis approach and conducts semi-structured in-depth interviews with 20 undergraduates with research experience to construct a four-dimensional conceptual framework of undergraduate academic literacy. The results indicate that academic literacy includes academic qualities, basic academic abilities, core academic competencies, and collaborative academic skills. The study shows that undergraduate academic literacy exhibits distinct characteristics of stage and era, and the stratification of basic and core abilities reflects the progressive patterns of undergraduate academic development. The introduction of human-machine collaboration responds to the new requirements of academic practice in the digital-intelligent era. Based on these findings, universities should systematically cultivate undergraduate academic literacy from the perspectives of value internalization, foundational training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
