积极老龄化视域下老年数字文化参与的模式、障碍与促进机制研究

Digital Cultural Participation of Older Adults in the Context of Active Aging: Patterns, Barriers and Facilitating Mechanisms

摘要: 数字技术的深度普及正在重塑当代文化参与的基本形态，老年群体在这一进程中的数字文化参与，构成积极老龄化战略的重要实践维度。基于积极老龄化理论框架，聚焦老年人在短视频、在线K歌、电子书阅读、线上老年大学等数字文化平台中的参与行为，可以发现其参与状况呈现出显著的多层次特征。然而，老年人在数字文化场域中面临着一系列复杂障碍，且这些障碍相互交织、层层叠加，形成制约深度参与的负向循环。打破这一循环，需要超越单纯的技术培训思路，转向系统性的文化赋能路径。通过社区数字文化服务的基础设施升级、内容生态的适老化与价值化重构、家庭代际互助机制的制度化建设等多维度协同发力，方能有效提升老年群体的数字文化参与质量，使数字技术真正成为老年人延续文化生命、重建社会连接、实现自我价值的积极力量，从而在深层意义上回应积极老龄化的核心诉求。

Abstract: The deep penetration of digital technology is reshaping the fundamental patterns of contemporary cultural participation, and the digital cultural engagement of older adults in this process constitutes an important practical dimension of the active aging strategy. Grounded in the theoretical framework of active aging and focusing on older adults’ participatory behaviors on digital cultural platforms such as short videos, online karaoke, e-book reading, and online senior universities, it can be observed that their participation exhibits significantly multi-layered characteristics. However, older adults face a series of complex obstacles in the digital cultural field, and these obstacles are intertwined and cumulatively layered, forming a negative cycle that constrains deep participation. Breaking this cycle requires moving beyond a technical training approach toward a systematic path of cultural empowerment. Through multi-dimensional and coordinated efforts—including infrastructure upgrades for community-based digital cultural services, age-friendly and value-oriented reconstruction of the content ecosystem, and the institutionalization of family intergenerational mutual assistance mechanisms—the quality of digital cultural participation among older adults can be effectively enhanced. In this way, digital technology can truly become a positive force for older adults to continue their cultural lives, rebuild social connections, and realize self-worth, thereby responding to the core aspirations of active aging at a profound level.
