银发经济视角下养老产业高质量发展的路径探索

Research on the Path of High-Quality Development of the Elderly Care Industry from the Perspective of Silver Economy

摘要: 在人口老龄化持续深化与银发经济上升为国家战略的背景下，养老产业已成为衔接民生保障与经济转型的关键领域。银发经济为养老产业发展提供了新的市场空间、消费场景与创新动力，推动养老产业从传统单一服务向多元化、品质化、智慧化加速转型。本文立足银发经济视角，采用理论分析与文献研究方法，阐释银发经济与养老产业高质量发展的核心内涵与内在逻辑，梳理我国养老产业发展的现实态势，剖析产业供给、市场结构、科技赋能、政策协同、人才支撑等方面的现实困境。在此基础上，从供给优化、业态创新、数字赋能、机制保障、人才建设等维度提出系统性发展路径。研究表明，推动银发经济与养老产业深度融合，能够实现民生改善与经济增长的协同共进，为养老产业高质量发展提供坚实支撑。

Abstract: Against the background of deepening population aging and the rising of silver economy as a national strategy, the elderly care industry has become a key field connecting people’s livelihood security and economic transformation. The silver economy provides new market space, consumption scenarios and innovative impetus for the development of the elderly care industry, promoting the accelerated transformation of the elderly care industry from traditional single service to diversified, high-quality and intelligent development. Based on the perspective of silver economy, this paper adopts theoretical analysis and literature research methods to explain the core connotation and internal logic of silver economy and high-quality development of the elderly care industry, sort out the practical situation of the development of China’s elderly care industry, and analyze the practical dilemmas in industrial supply, market structure, scientific and technological empowerment, policy coordination, talent support and other aspects. On this basis, a systematic development path is proposed from the dimensions of supply optimization, business format innovation, digital empowerment, mechanism guarantee and talent construction. Research shows that promoting the in-depth integration of silver economy and elderly care industry can realize the coordinated progress of people’s livelihood improvement and economic growth, and provide a solid support for the high-quality development of elderly care industry.
