2025 Comparative Trial Report on Glutinous Rice Varieties in Hengyang County

摘要: 西渡湖之酒是我县特产，2014年4月被原国家质检总局批准对“西渡湖之酒”实施地理标志产品保护。西渡湖之酒古称酃酒，是采用糯稻为原料酿制而成，具有预防心脑血管病、抗衰老等功能，具备“低度、营养、保健”的特点。为发展西渡湖之酒传统产业，筛选适合酿制西渡湖之酒且适合我县栽培的糯稻品种，为壮大民营经济服务，提高农业经济效益，为乡村振兴注入活力。

Abstract: “Xiduhuizhi Wine” is a specialty product of our county. In April 2014, it was approved by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine of China to implement geographical indication product protection for “Xiduhuizhi Wine”. Also known as Ling wine in ancient times, “Xidu huzhi Wine” is brewed from glutinous rice and offers functions such as preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and anti-aging. It features the characteristics of “low alcohol content, nutrition, and health benefits”. To develop the traditional industry of Xiduhuizhi Wine, select glutinous rice varieties suitable for brewing Xiduhuizhi Wine and cultivation in our county, serve the growth of the private economy, enhance agricultural economic efficiency, and inject vitality into rural revitalization.
