预期焦虑情绪的调节对估算策略执行的影响

摘要: 情绪体验与认知之间的关系得到越来越多的研究者关注,以往研究主要采用问卷法考察焦虑对估算策略执行的影响,但这种方法测量到的是特质焦虑,而实时的焦虑情绪与估算策略执行之间关系的研究较为缺乏。过度的预期焦虑情绪会影响我们的认知过程、决策能力和身心健康,需要及时地情绪调节。本研究采用线索–目标范式诱发预期焦虑情绪,考察大学生不同水平的预期焦虑情绪对估算策略执行的影响,进而探讨自动化情绪调节在过程中所起的作用。结果发现,(1) 相较于低水平预期焦虑情绪,高水平预期焦虑情绪更不利于估算策略执行。(2) 自动化情绪调节有效降低了高水平预期焦虑情绪体验强度。(3) 自动化情绪调节策略未能有效提升不同预期焦虑情绪水平下单一估算策略的执行效率。
Abstract: The relationship between emotional experience and cognition has attracted more attention. In previous studies, the questionnaire method was mainly used to investigate the impact of anxiety on estimation strategy execution, but this method only measured trait anxiety, and there were few studies on the relationship between real-time anxiety and estimation strategy execution. Excessive anticipatory anxiety can affect our cognitive process, decision-making ability and physical and mental health, and requires timely emotional regulation. In this study, the cue-goal paradigm was used to induce anticipatory anxiety, and the effects of different levels of anticipatory anxiety on executing estimation strategies were investigated, and then the role of automatic emotion regulation in the process was discussed. The results showed that (1) Compared with a high level of anticipatory anxiety, a low level of anticipatory anxiety was helpful for estimating strategy execution. (2) Automatic emotion regulation only effectively reduced the intensity of high level anticipatory anxiety. (3) Automated emotion regulation strategies failed to effectively promote the execution of a single estimation strategy under different anticipatory anxiety levels.
