耳穴贴压配合康复训练治疗孤独症学龄前儿童睡眠障碍疗效观察
Efficacy of Auricular Plaster Therapy Combined with Routine Rehabilitation for Sleep Disorders in Preschool Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

摘要: 目的:探讨耳穴贴压疗法配合康复训练治疗孤独症学龄期前儿童睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择孤独症康复中心儿童44例,采用随机表法分为观察组和对照组各22例,对照组予以孤独症常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练基础上增加耳穴疗法。每天治疗1次,共30次,随访期3个月。观察指标为儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)和孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)。2次量表评估在30次治疗后和治疗结束后第3个月。结果:(1) 组内比较:两组在治疗后及随访期CSHQ总分均低于治疗前(P < 0.05);两组在治疗结束后及随访期ABC总分均低于治疗前(P < 0.05)。(2) 组间比较:观察组在治疗后及随访期CSHQ总分均低于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组在治疗后及随访期ABC总分均低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:初步研究表明耳穴贴压法对孤独症学龄前儿童睡眠质量改善可能有效,且对孤独症症状具有改善潜力,值得进一步研究。
Abstract: Objective: To explore efficacy of auricular plaster therapy (APT) combined with routine rehabilitation for sleep disorders in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders. Methods: 44 cases of children in autism rehabilitation center were selected and divided into observation group and the control group by random table method, 22 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training for autism, and the observation group added APT on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The patients were treated once a day for 30 times, and the follow-up period was 3 months. The primary outcome includes the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ), while secondary outcomes include the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC). Two scales were assessed after 30 treatments and at 3 months after the end of treatment. Results: (1) Within-group comparison: The total scores of CSHQ in both groups decreased after treatment and during the follow-up period compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05); the total scores of ABC in both groups were also lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05) after treatment and during the follow-up period. (2) Between-group comparison: The total scores of CSHQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment and during the follow-up period (P < 0.05); the total scores of ABC in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group after treatment and during the follow-up period (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Preliminary research indicates that the auricular plaster therapy may be effective in improving the sleep quality of preschool children with autism, and it has the potential to alleviate autism symptoms. Further research is warranted.
