Design of a Digital Mental Health Healing Platform for College Students Guided

摘要: 背景：当前大学生心理健康问题愈发凸显，传统心理健康服务模式在可及性、主动性与服务持续性上存在明显短板。目的：本研究旨在打造以用户体验为核心、融合积极心理学干预理论的数字化心理健康支持系统，探索该类平台的设计范式与技术实现思路。方法：采用“用户研究→理论建模→原型设计”的研究范式，运用半结构化深度访谈、用户体验旅程图分析、基于PERMA模型开展功能规划，并完成平台高保真原型开发。结论：提出“以积极功能促进行为卷入，以行为卷入驱动认知改变”的平台设计逻辑，可为数字心理健康干预产品的设计学理论与工程实践提供新的整合性框架。

Abstract: Background: Mental health challenges among college students have become increasingly prominent, and traditional mental health service models present distinct deficiencies in accessibility, proactivity and service sustainability. Objective: This study intends to develop a user experience-centered digital mental health support system integrated with positive psychological intervention theories and explore the design paradigms and technical implementation approaches for such platforms. Methods: The research adopted the paradigm of User Research → Theoretical Modeling → Prototype Design. Specific approaches included conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews and user experience journey mapping, carrying out functional planning based on the PERMA model, and completing the development of high-fidelity prototypes for the platform. Conclusion: This paper proposes a platform design logic of “promoting behavioral engagement through positive functions, and driving cognitive change via behavioral engagement”. It can provide a new integrated framework for design theories and engineering practices of digital mental health intervention products.
