地方本科院校“三位一体”科研赋能教学创新模式探索与实践——以《应用随机过程》课程为例
Exploration and Practice of the “Trinity” Research-Empowered Teaching Innovation Model in Local Undergraduate Colleges—Taking the Course of Applied Stochastic Processes as an Example
摘要: 应用型地方本科院校普遍存在科研与教学相互割裂、科研成果难以有效转化为教学资源等问题,这在很大程度上制约了学生综合素养的提升。针对上述问题,本文以“应用随机过程”课程为例,构建了基于“体验式”科研教学体系的科教融合共生长效机制,提出了基于“提取–转化–改造”三阶段的科研成果教学案例转化方法,并利用FAST能力矩阵模型与AI大模型技术,建设了优质科研反哺教学资源库,探索出适合地方本科院校以科研赋能教学的创新实践路径。实践结果表明,该路径显著提升了学生的实践创新能力与教师的科研教学水平,实现了应用型人才培养质量的持续提高。
Abstract: Applied undergraduate institutions commonly face the issues of a disconnect between research and teaching, as well as difficulties in effectively transforming research outcomes into teaching resources, which significantly hinder the improvement of students’ comprehensive competencies. To address these problems, this paper takes the course “Applied Stochastic Processes” as an example to construct a long-term mechanism for the symbiotic integration of research and teaching, based on an “experiential” research-teaching system. It proposes a three-stage method of “extraction, transformation, and adaptation” for converting research outcomes into teaching case studies. Furthermore, by employing the FAST competency matrix model and AI large language model technologies, a high-quality resource repository is developed to facilitate research-feeding-into-teaching, thereby exploring an innovative practical pathway suitable for local undergraduate institutions to empower teaching through research. The practical results indicate that this pathway significantly enhances students’ practical innovation abilities and teachers’ research and teaching capabilities, achieving sustained improvement in the quality of applied talent cultivation.
