幼儿园新手教师实施游戏化教学的困境及对策分析

Analysis of the Challenges and Countermeasures for New Kindergarten Teachers Implementing Game-Based Teaching

摘要: 游戏化教学是深化幼教改革的重要举措。但部分新手教师在幼儿园游戏化教学实施中仍面临诸多方面的观念。通过对其困境进行原因分析，最后提出加强新手教师游戏化教学理论知识系统培训、深化新手教师游戏化教学能力提升、开展新手教师创造性游戏化教学教研活动等策略以期优化新手教师游戏化教学效果。

Abstract: Game-based teaching is a crucial initiative for advancing early childhood education reform. However, many novice teachers still encounter various conceptual challenges when implementing game-based teaching in kindergartens. By analyzing the root causes of these difficulties, this study proposes strategies—including providing systematic theoretical training on game-based teaching for novice teachers, enhancing their instructional competencies in this area, and organizing research activities focused on creative game-based teaching methods—to optimize the effectiveness of game-based teaching among new educators.
