新质生产力视域下职业教育数字化教材建设的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Digital Textbook Development in Vocational Education from the Perspective of New-Quality Productivity
摘要: 随着新质生产力的发展促使产业结构发生巨大变化,职业技能教育的数字化教学资源开发已经成为培养技术型人才的重要基础。本文研究包括三个方面:理论、实践以及成果。从理论上讲,提出需求驱动–技术支撑–生态重塑的模式,在此基础上探讨数字化教材如何实现知识不断更新、技能虚实结合、素养潜移默化的过程;从实践中看,以《机械CAD与3D建模》为例,提出标准化开发流程–多种资源融合–学情智能推送的新思路,利用VR/AR交互平台、智能诊断系统等手段解决传统教材内容陈旧的问题;从成果上看,所开发的数字化教材包含三维建模动态展示、智能实训工单等功能,大大提升了学生工程实践能力。对职业教育教材进行数字化改造是顺应时代潮流之举,对于培养符合新时代需求的技术人才具有积极意义。
Abstract: With the development of new-quality productivity driving huge changes in the industrial structure, the development of digital teaching resources for vocational skills education has become an important foundation for training technical talent. This study covers three aspects: theory, practice, and outcomes. From a theoretical perspective, a demand-driven, technology-supported, and ecosystem-reshaping model is proposed. On this basis, the study explores how digital textbooks can achieve continuous knowledge updates, integration of virtual and real skills, and subtle cultivation of literacy. From a practical perspective, taking “Mechanical CAD and 3D Modeling” as an example, a new approach of standardized development process, integration of multiple resources, and intelligent learning recommendations is proposed, using VR/AR interactive platforms and intelligent diagnostic systems to solve the problem of outdated content in traditional textbooks. In terms of outcomes, the developed digital textbooks include features such as 3D modeling dynamic displays and intelligent training work orders, greatly enhancing students’ engineering practice abilities. Digitizing vocational education textbooks is a move that aligns with the trend of the times and has positive significance for cultivating technical talents that meet the needs of the new era.
