Optimization Path and Mechanism Innovation of Agricultural Product Circulation System under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 在加快实施乡村振兴战略的形势里面，农产品流通体系是联结农业生产和市场消费的重要纽带，其运行效率直接对农民增收、农业达成现代化进程和农村经济活力产生作用，在目前的情况下，我国农产品流通还是碰到基础设施薄弱、组织化程度不够高、信息不对称、利益分配不恰当等突出情形。本文着眼乡村振兴战略需求来开展，整体分析农产品流通体系现存问题点，提出以“数字化赋能、主体协同、制度创新”为重要方面的优化方法，并且从价格形成、风险分担、利益联结三个维度架构机制创新框架，通过整合有关资源、改造流通链条、激发多元主体的活力，可以有力增强农产品流通效率，带动乡村产业振兴进而推动城乡融合。

Abstract: In the context of accelerating the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the agricultural product circulation system is an important link between agricultural production and market consumption. Its operational efficiency directly affects farmers’ income increase, the modernization process of agriculture, and the vitality of rural economy. In the current situation, China’s agricultural product circulation still faces prominent problems such as weak infrastructure, insufficient organization, information asymmetry, and inappropriate distribution of benefits. This article focuses on the strategic needs of rural revitalization, analyzes the existing problems in the agricultural product circulation system as a whole, proposes optimization methods with “digital empowerment, subject collaboration, and institutional innovation” as important aspects, and constructs a mechanism innovation framework from three dimensions: price formation, risk sharing, and interest linkage. By integrating relevant resources, transforming the circulation chain, and stimulating the vitality of multiple subjects, it can effectively enhance the efficiency of agricultural product circulation, drive rural industrial revitalization, and promote urban-rural integration.
