人工智能赋能健康农村建设:内在机理现实问题与优化路径
Artificial Intelligence Empowering Rural Health Development: Internal Mechanisms, Practical Challenges, and Optimization Pathways
摘要: 人工智能的运用对进一步加快健康农村建设发挥着重要作用,将人工智能运用于健康农村建设,不仅能够优化农村医疗卫生资源、提升农村健康管理水平、还能进一步强化农村公共卫生处理能力。然而,当前人工智能应用于健康农村建设仍然存在着数字基础设施薄弱、技术落地困难,专业人才资源短缺、技术适配不足,以及投入产出相对失衡、长期效果有限等问题。因此,面对上述问题,要强化政策支持,筑牢技术落地根基;培育专业人才,提升技术适配水平;完善运营机制,平衡投入产出效益,从而进一步提升人工智能在健康农村建设中的实效性。
Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence plays a crucial role in further accelerating the development of healthy rural areas. By applying artificial intelligence to the development of healthy rural areas, it is not only possible to optimize rural healthcare resources, enhance rural health management levels, but also to further strengthen rural public health management capabilities. However, there are still challenges associated with the current application of artificial intelligence in the development of healthy rural areas, including weaknesses in digital infrastructure, difficulties in technology implementation, shortages of professional talent and inadequate technical adaptation, as well as relative imbalances in investment and output, and limited long-term effects. Therefore, in response to these challenges, it is essential to strengthen policy support, lay a solid foundation for technology implementation; cultivate professional talent and improve technical adaptation levels; and refine operational mechanisms to balance investment and output benefits, thereby further enhancing the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in developing healthy rural areas.
