Research on Strategies for Improving the Clinical Operation Safety Risk Prevention and Control Ability of Nursing Interns

摘要: 本研究围绕护理实习生临床操作安全风险防控能力的现存不足展开分析，梳理出理论与实践衔接不畅、风险认知存在偏差、带教指导效能有限、制度保障不够完善等主要问题；以问题为导向，提出融合人工智能技术的四维改进思路：借助AI个性化实践匹配系统衔接理论与临床场景，通过AI风险预警与演练系统强化隐性风险识别及应急处置，依托AI-导师协同带教平台优化带教的精准性与过程管理，利用AI智能考核监督体系搭建准入、过程、溯源、反馈的管理闭环。上述思路或有助于改善操作规范性、风险应对能力与制度执行效果。

Abstract: This study analyzes the existing deficiencies in the clinical operation safety risk prevention and control capabilities of nursing interns, identifying major problems including poor integration of theory and practice, biased risk awareness, limited efficiency of clinical teaching guidance, and inadequate institutional safeguards. Problem-oriented, it proposes a four-dimensional improvement framework integrated with artificial intelligence technology: adopting an AI personalized practical matching system to connect theoretical knowledge with clinical scenarios, applying AI early risk warning and simulation training systems to enhance identification of latent risks and emergency response capacity, optimizing the accuracy and process management of clinical teaching through an AI-tutor collaborative teaching platform, and establishing a closed-loop management system covering admission assessment, whole-process supervision, traceability and feedback via an AI intelligent assessment and supervision system. The above approaches are conducive to improving operational standardization, risk response capabilities and institutional implementation outcomes.
