数字化与绿色化协同驱动制造业GVC攀升——一个新质生产力双轮驱动的微观分析框架
Digitalization-Greenization Synergy Driving Manufacturing GVC Upgrading—A Micro-Analytical Framework of Dual-Driven New Quality Productive Forces
摘要: 在全球价值链重构与绿色贸易壁垒兴起的双重压力下,数字化与绿色化协同已成为驱动制造业向高端攀升的战略路径。本文从微观企业视角出发,整合新质生产力理论、全球价值链理论与协同理论,构建“效率–价值–协同”三维微观理论框架,系统揭示二者协同驱动全球价值链(GVC)攀升的内在机制。理论推论表明:数字化以流程优化提升效率为核心功能(同时兼具价值创造功能),绿色化以绿色溢价创造价值为核心功能(同时兼具效率提升功能),二者通过“成本缓释”与“场景深化”实现协同加速,共同推动企业GVC地位跃升。本文为理解新质生产力驱动产业升级提供了微观视角,也为“十五五”时期制造业高质量发展提供政策参考。
Abstract: Amid the dual challenges of global value chain restructuring and intensifying green trade barriers, the synergy between digitalization and greening has emerged as a critical pathway for propelling manufacturing industries toward higher value-added segments. This paper develops a micro-level analytical framework—termed the “efficiency-value-synergy” triad—by integrating theories of new quality productive forces, global value chains (GVC), and synergy effects. Within this framework, we systematically unravel the internal mechanisms through which digitalization and greening jointly facilitate GVC upgrading. The theoretical reasoning suggests that while digitalization primarily enhances operational efficiency through process optimization (alongside its value-creating potential), greening primarily generates value through green premiums (alongside its efficiency-improving effects). Crucially, these two forces interact through “cost mitigation” and “scenario deepening” pathways, producing synergistic acceleration that collectively elevates firms’ GVC positions. By offering a micro-foundational perspective on how new quality productive forces drive industrial upgrading, this paper also provides actionable policy implications for advancing high-quality manufacturing development during China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026~2030).
