基于“四新”理念的专业交叉产教融合评价系统及推进路径研究

Research on the Evaluation System and Promotion Pathways for Interdisciplinary Industry-Education Integration Based on the “Four-New” Concept

摘要: 本研究基于利益相关者理论，构建了宿州学院资源与土木工程学院专业交叉产教融合评价体系，该体系包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标和31个三级指标，采用层次分析法确定权重，形成了具有科学性、系统性和可操作性的评价框架。通过实证检验，分析了评价体系的有效性和适用性，验证了该体系能够准确反映产教融合实施成效，为学院产教融合工作提供了科学指导。研究提出了制度保障、资源整合、质量监控和协同创新四大推进路径，为地方应用型高校推进专业交叉产教融合提供了实践参考。

Abstract: Based on stakeholder theory, this study constructs an evaluation system for interdisciplinary industry-education integration at the School of Resources and Civil Engineering, Suzhou University. The system comprises 4 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators, and 31 third-level indicators, with weights determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), forming a scientific, systematic, and operable evaluation framework. Through empirical validation, the effectiveness and applicability of the evaluation system were analyzed, confirming that the system can accurately reflect the implementation effectiveness of industry-education integration and provide scientific guidance for the college’s industry-education integration efforts. The study proposes four promotion pathways: institutional guarantee, resource integration, quality monitoring, and collaborative innovation, offering practical references for local application-oriented universities to advance interdisciplinary industry-education integration.
