摘要: 在高等学校课程思政建设的大背景下，酒店商务英语的思政探索有着重要的意义。酒店商务英语课程从思政育人和知识与能力授人两大层面对理论框架进行搭建，以教师的主导地位、学生的主体地位、教学内容的载体地位、课前提问和课后作业的思政反馈及动态完善考核评价体系五个方面为基础，对酒店商务英语课程进行课程思政元素进行探索与挖掘，旨在将显性的语言教学、专业知识与隐性的德育教育有机融合，帮助学生在掌握语言基本知识与能力，进而提升思政育人的效果。

Abstract: Under the background of ideological and political construction of college curriculum, the exploration of hotel business English is of great significance. The hotel Business English course builds the theoretical framework from the two aspects of ideological and political education and knowledge and ability teaching. Based on the dominant position of teachers, the principal position of students, the carrier position of teaching content, the ideological and political feedback of questions before class and homework after class and improve the assessment and evaluation system, the course of hotel business English explores and excavates the ideological and political elements. It aims to organically integrate explicit language teaching and professional knowledge with implicit moral education to help students master basic language knowledge and ability, build up cultural confidence, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
