自稳式基坑支护结构在软土深超大基坑工程的应用
Application of Self-Stabilizing Foundation Pit Supporting Structure in Soft Soil Deep and Super Large Foundation Pit Engineering
摘要: 软土地区深基坑支护方法主要有灌注桩、SMW工法等,目前灌注桩、SMW工法等需结合水平内支撑,由于水平支撑需设置立柱桩,支撑和立柱导致基坑挖土不便、延长施工工期,以及工程造价较高等问题。为解决该问题,本文基于网易上海国际文创科技园项目(南区)深超大基坑工程,其支撑设计采用了自稳式基坑支护结构,即用斜向支撑代替水平支撑,通过现场静载荷试验,验证了斜向支撑承载力,实现了支护结构稳定、敞开式挖土,达到了缩短工期、降低成本和绿色环保等目的,为软土地区类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract: The main supporting methods for deep foundation pits in soft soil areas include cast-in-place piles and SMW method. Currently, cast-in-place piles and SMW method require the combination of horizontal internal support. Since horizontal support requires the installation of column piles, the support and columns lead to inconveniences in excavating the foundation pit, prolonging the construction period, and increasing the project cost. In order to solve this problem, this paper is based on the deep and super-large foundation pit project of Netease Shanghai International Cultural and Creative Science Park (south area). The support design adopts the self-stable foundation pit support structure, that is, the inclined support is used to replace the horizontal support. Through the field static load test, the bearing capacity of the inclined support is verified, and the stability of the support structure and open excavation are realized, which achieves the purposes of shortening the construction period, reducing the cost and environmental protection, and provides a reference for similar projects in soft soil areas.
