Abstract: Work safety is the lifeline of enterprise development and also a core research topic in the field of modern enterprise management engineering. With the advancement of industrialization and the expansion of enterprise scale, the traditional safety supervision mode relying on manual inspection and passive response has prominently exposed limitations such as low efficiency, widespread blind areas and poor real-time performance. From the interdisciplinary perspective of management engineering and information technology, this paper summarizes the application status and development potential of artificial intelligence technology in enterprise work safety. It mainly sorts out the core application scenarios of computer vision, Internet of Things combined with machine learning, data mining and natural language processing. The challenges faced by technology implementation are analyzed, including data silos, insufficient model generalization ability and high deployment costs. Furthermore, the development trends of edge-cloud collaboration and large model application are prospected, providing theoretical references for enterprises to construct a closed-loop intelligent safety management engineering system.
