基于耦合协调模型的贵州刺梨产业绿色发展效率研究
Research on the Green Development Efficiency of Guizhou Rosa roxburghii Industry Based on the Coupling Coordination Model
摘要: 在乡村振兴与生态文明建设协同推进背景下,特色农业绿色转型已成为区域高质量发展的重要路径。本文以贵州刺梨产业为研究对象,构建“产业发展–绿色发展效率”双系统评价框架,运用熵值法、SBM绿色效率测度模型及耦合协调模型,对贵州省、黔南州与六盘水市刺梨产业绿色发展水平及其协调关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明:贵州刺梨产业整体发展基础较好,产业发展指数与绿色发展指数均处于较高水平,但区域间存在明显差异。其中,贵州省整体产业规模优势显著,黔南州在产业链协同与绿色治理方面表现突出,六盘水市则仍面临较强资源环境约束。耦合协调度结果显示,黔南州已形成较稳定的“产业–生态”协同发展结构,贵州省整体处于中级协调阶段,而六盘水市仍处于由初级向中级协调过渡阶段。总体来看,贵州刺梨产业正由传统规模驱动模式向绿色高质量发展模式转型,但区域协调性与绿色效率仍有进一步提升空间。未来应通过强化绿色技术创新、优化产业结构及提升产业链协同水平,推动刺梨产业绿色可持续发展。
Abstract: In the context of collaboratively promoting rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction, the green transformation of characteristic agriculture has become a vital path for regional high-quality development. Focusing on the Rosa roxburghii (Cili) industry in Guizhou, this study constructs a dual-system evaluation framework comprising “industrial development” and “green development efficiency.” Utilizing the entropy method, the Slack-Based Measure (SBM) green efficiency model, and the coupling coordination model, an empirical analysis is conducted to evaluate the green development levels and their coordinated relationships across Guizhou Province, Qiannan Prefecture, and Liupanshui City. The findings indicate that the overall Guizhou Rosa roxburghii industry possesses a solid development foundation, with both the industrial development index and the green development index maintaining relatively high levels, though distinct regional disparities persist. Specifically, Guizhou Province as a whole exhibits a prominent advantage in industrial scale; Qiannan Prefecture excels in supply chain synergy and green governance; whereas Liupanshui City remains constrained by substantial resource and environmental pressures. Furthermore, the coupling coordination analysis reveals that Qiannan Prefecture has established a stable, synergistic “industry-ecology” development structure; Guizhou Province as a whole is in the intermediate coordination stage; while Liupanshui City is transitioning from primary to intermediate coordination. In conclusion, the Guizhou Rosa roxburghii industry is undergoing a transition from a traditional, scale-driven growth model to a green, high-quality development paradigm, though regional coordination and green efficiency still leave room for enhancement. Moving forward, the green and sustainable development of the Rosa roxburghii industry should be advanced by strengthening green technological innovation, optimizing industrial structures, and upgrading supply chain synergy.
