Audio-Visual Language and Cultural Interpretation of “Song of the Phoenix”

摘要: 电影《百鸟朝凤》是根据肖江虹同名小说改编而来的，讲述了民间唢呐技艺的衰落，本文从镜头、配乐、色彩等方面分析其视听语言，借助文学人类学视阈下的仪式、符号学等理论，剖析影片中折射出的中国乡土礼乐文明的消亡、民间口传技艺的传承困境等问题。

Abstract: The film “Song of the Phoenixes” is adapted from Xiao Jianghong’s novel of the same name, which tells the decline of folk suona craftsmanship. This article analyzes its audio-visual language in terms of lenses, soundtrack, color and other aspects. With the help of rituals, semiotics and other theories under the perspective of literary anthropology, it analyzes the Chinese local ritual civilization reflected in the film. Problems such as the extinction of China’s rural ritual-music civilization and the inheritance dilemma of folk oral skills.
